Having won contracts, among others, from the Provincial Administration of the Western Cape, the City of Cape Town and the Swedish manufacturer of quality shirts, Stenströms, Rosemary Hare Public Relations has also launched, publicised and managed products, sports and special events for Warner Lambert and Parke-Davis.
With an entrepreneurial approach that values high-level performance, attention to detail, creativity and accountability, we develop and implement compelling public relations campaigns that shape opinions and produce results.

Rosemary Hare is a communication expert with over 30 years’ experience in public relations, during which time she has been instrumental in shaping the public relations industry through her role as chairperson of PRISA Western Cape and the Public Relations Advisory Committee of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. She has also received prestigious business accolades, such as the ABSA Business Woman of the Year. She is responsible for the company’s operational and business management, adding an increased level of value for clients, marketing and growing the company.
Ian Hare
Co-Owner
Ian Hare has been involved in the building industry in the Cape Province of South Africa for over 35 years, the last 19 years as a director of Hare & Liddell Construction. He started Swartz and Umvundla Construction in 2014. Ian plays a business advisory role to Rosemary Hare Public Relations.
